These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the travel services provided by VIRK TRAVEL LLC (DBA) assumed name of BEYOND BORDERS LLC operating from Houston, Texas state of USA (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We arrange and coordinate travel services, including but not limited to flights, hotels, tours, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
   
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Our payment gateway provider may show you the amount converted into your local currency subject to currency exchange rate or due difference a bit depending on your bank or financial institute.
   
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on supplier terms.
   
• Final payment deadlines must be met to avoid cancellation.
   

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
   
• Our agency service fees are non-refundable.
   
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the supplier (airline, hotel, transport, cruise company etc.) and may take several weeks to process.
   
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
   

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and health documentation required for travel.
   
• We are not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or fines due to missing or incorrect documents.
   
• It is the traveler’s duty to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations at all destinations.
   

• We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
   
• We do not guarantee the performance or quality of services provided by airlines, hotels, or tour operators.
   
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages beyond our direct control.
   

Travel insurance is highly recommended. It can provide coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.

• Travelers are responsible for verifying health requirements, vaccinations, and travel advisories before departure.
   
• We are not liable for health-related issues that occur during travel.
   

• Suppliers may change schedules, routes, accommodations, or services.
   
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify travelers of changes, but we are not responsible for supplier modifications beyond our control.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
