At VIRK TRAVEL LLC (DBA) assumed name of BEYOND BORDERS LLC operating from Houston, Texas state of USA, we strive to provide the best travel services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully, as all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers.

• All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
   
• Our agency service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   
• Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.
   

• Most discounted or promotional airfares are non-refundable once ticketed.
   
• Refundable fares may be refunded subject to airline rules and any applicable penalties.
   
• Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines.
   

• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the specific supplier.
   
• Some hotels and tour operators may allow partial refunds if canceled within their required timeframes.
   
• “No-show” bookings are non-refundable.
   

• If a supplier cancels a service (e.g., flight cancellation, overbooked hotel), refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s rules.
   
• We will assist in re booking or obtaining refunds where possible, but we are not responsible for supplier decisions.
   

• Approved refunds may take 6–12 weeks (or longer) depending on the supplier and method of payment.
   
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for booking.
   
• Any applicable processing fees, penalties, or deductions imposed by the supplier will be applied.
   

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Insurance may provide coverage for cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other non-refundable situations.

While we will make every effort to assist with refund requests, we cannot guarantee refunds from third-party suppliers.
